Andy Ralston, Of Counsel

Andy Ralston is a highly experienced lawyer who has been practicing in the Lehigh Valley for more than 20 years.
Andy started his career as a judicial law clerk to the then President Judge of Lehigh County — where he spent all of his time working on criminal matters. From there, he joined, and then became a partner in, one of the largest law firms in the Lehigh Valley. In 2016, he joined a large national law firm and practiced in their Lehigh Valley office.
Andy has a wide range of experience in many areas of the law. He was named a Super Lawyer — Rising Star for three years in a row (until he turned 40 and was no longer eligible) in the area of civil litigation. He was also accepted for membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum, and the Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum for his work in the area of commercial civil litigation. He was appointed by the Lehigh County Court to Common Pleas to be a discovery master.
Andy practices in the areas of criminal law, civil litigation, personal injury law, business law, employment law, intellectual property law, family law, land use and zoning law, landlord and tenant law, and many others.
Andy has written many legal articles on a variety of topics that have been published in leading industry publications, and has been a lecturer on hot-button legal issues for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, to doctors about medical malpractice lawsuits, and for the Northampton County and Lehigh County bar associations, and for industry associations.
Andy considers it an honor to provide service to the community. He has previously chaired the board of directors of the Allentown Chamber of Commerce, served on the board of directors of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, and chaired the board of directors of the Lehigh Valley Velodrome.
Andy’s family ties to the Lehigh Valley go back to colonial times. His family has living within 50 miles of Allentown for almost 300 years. Two of Andy’s greats-grandfathers served in the Continental Army during the American Revolution.
